The ceremony, held on 15th September 2025, marked the launch of The Growth Trilogy: Part Three - The Trillion Pound Question, the final paper in a series exploring how purposeful startups and scaleups can best contribute to enhanced growth and productivity in the UK.
Representatives of The Purposeful Company were joined by partners and supporters at the London Stock Exchange to celebrate this milestone. The Growth Trilogy provides a comprehensive assessment of the ecosystem required to support purposeful businesses and offers recommendations for unlocking their potential to deliver sustainable economic growth. Already two out of five of the fastest growing tech companies in Europe are British. With greater capital behind our scaleups, the consequential companies of tomorrow will emerge.
"Closing the market at the London Stock Exchange is a fitting way to mark the publication of our Growth Trilogy," said Will Hutton, co-chair of The Purposeful Company. "Purposeful companies have the ability to drive innovation, productivity, and value for society, and we are proud to contribute to the national conversation on how the UK can best support them."
