THE·TEAM acquires Outreach Talent Group

LOS ANGELES and LONDON (October 6, 2026) - Global sports, music, and entertainment company THE·TEAM has acquired leading UK creators business, Outreach Talent Group (OTG), announced today by Michael Calvin Jones, Executive Vice President, Creators. As part of the acquisition, Outreach Talent Group's CEO, Emilio Arciniega, will join THE·TEAM as Senior Vice President, Creators.

Founded in 2021 by Emilio and Amy Arciniega, OTG builds and elevates the careers of culturally relevant creators, entertainers and public figures across media, entertainment and sport. Headquartered in London with an additional presence in New York, OTG has grown significantly in recent years, establishing itself as an award-winning leader in creator talent representation and was named 'bCreator Talent Agency of the Year' in 2025.

They will join THE·TEAM's global creators roster, which includes Livvy Dunne, Taylen Biggs, Grant Horvat, The Bryan Bros, MatPat, Abby Baffoe, Isaac Hindin-Miller, Daniella Karagach and Pasha Pashkov, Alex and Aubrey Wood, among others.
