Lowenstein Represents InvestiFi in $20M Funding Round to Accelerate Embedded Investing for Credit Unions and Community Banks

Lowenstein Sandler represented Credit Union Service Organization InvestiFi, an award-winning InvestTech platform enabling credit unions and community banks to offer digital investing directly within online banking, in its $20 million funding round led by Vibe Credit Union. The round marks the largest investment in a fintech company focused on supporting American Credit Unions and Banks with digital investing capabilities.

InvestiFi's platform offers fractional investing in stocks and ETFs, guided investing, IRAs, cryptocurrency trading, and stablecoins.
