Every year, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) evaluates and typically updates income and resource thresholds for eligibility in multiple Medicaid programs. On April 27, 2026, CMS issued updates in an informational bulletin and updated their website. The informational bulletin contains a chart on the second page with benefit rates, resource standards, and income limits.
Providers may be interested to review the current thresholds against those from 2025 as there are modest increases in some areas.
