What Is the Arc Award?

Now in its fourth year, the Arc Award celebrates the outstanding achievements of MeridianLink customers who've created positive impact on their institutions and those they serve using MeridianLink® One solutions. Learn more about 2025's winners.

Who's Eligible To Participate?

All current customers using at least one MeridianLink One solution are eligible to participate. You can see the full list of included solutions here.

Here's what to know before submitting:

  • Your submission should showcase how you've grown with MeridianLink. Share measurable results that highlight how our solutions helped you improve consumer experiences, streamline processes, build stronger accountholder relationships, enable automated decisioning, or maximize your use of data.
  • To be considered, submit results occurring between April 2025 - March 2026.
  • You may submit multiple entries, but each entry needs to be for a unique solution and quantitative result.
  • Your MeridianLink customer account executives, customer success managers, product managers, and product support-with customer permission-may also submit nominations on behalf of the customer.

The entry deadline is Friday, April 3, 2026, at 5 p.m. PT.

How Does Nomination Evaluation Work?

Our dedicated team of MeridianLink senior management conduct fully blind reviews of each submission-names and customer descriptions redacted-to ensure a fair process.

Each submission is individually scored, with the 10 highest scores receiving the year's awards. In the interest of maintaining a balanced review, entries will fall into one of four categories based on size or function:

  • Customers with assets over $1B
  • Customer with assets between $600M and $1B
  • Customer with assets under $600M
  • Mortgage lender customers
