Grand Parkway S. and on the west side of Farm to Market 2354 Road in the City's E.T.J. After learning Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT) would not allow an entrance from State Highway 99, the applicant is seeking a variance to allow a single external access point (FM 2354 Road) for this entire residential subdivision with a total of 63 proposed lots in Chambers County.
