Please mark your calendar to join the City at the upcoming Santa Barbara Mesa Neighborhood Association's Spring Village Hall meeting on Thursday, May 14, 2026 at 6 p.m. at the Free Methodist Church (1435 Cliff Drive).

Project Manager, Kelly Bourque, will be presenting an update on the Vic Trace Reservoir Replacement Project. This Project is a multi-year effort to replace and construct two new buried drinking water reservoirs to improve serviceability, enhance resiliency, and strengthen the City's ability to deliver water to the community. The presentation will cover the current design, preview of the upcoming Project Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR), and anticipated construction impacts starting in 2028. This is a great opportunity to receive the latest Project updates, ask questions, and provide input.

We look forward to connecting with you and continuing the conversation on this important Project. To sign up to receive updates and for more information on the Project, please visit: SantaBarbaraCA.gov/VicTrace
