Willkie advised Tru Fragrance & Beauty, a portfolio company of Monogram Capital Partners, on its acquisition of fragrance and wellness brand Lake & Skye.
Tru Fragrance & Beauty is global beauty brand builder whose portfolio includes owned, licensed, and exclusive fragrance and beauty brands sold to national beauty and apparel retailers and direct to consumers. Willkie previously advised Monogram Capital Partners on its majority investment in Tru Fragrance & Beauty in 2024.
The Willkie team was led by partners Ray LaSoya, Joe Kaczorowski and Caleb Vesey and included partners Jonathan Zane and Russell Pinilis and law clerk Kevin Simms.
