Minister of Transport and Communications Lulu Ranne will attend the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona on 2 and 3 March 2026. Her agenda will include speaking engagements and international meetings with ministers and stakeholders.
Minister Ranne will give the opening address at an event on Nordic digital security and resilience and participate in roundtable discussions on spectrum policy and artificial intelligence. She will also attend a roundtable for EU ministers on the proposed EU Digital Networks Act.
During her visit, Minister Ranne will meet with Japan's Vice-Minister for International Affairs Takuo Imagawa, Lithuania's Minister of Transport and Communications Juras Taminskas and a United States delegation. Ranne will also meet representatives of several international and Finnish organisations and companies.
