Hon. Daniel E. Will Confirmed to Supreme Court of New Hampshire

CONCORD, NH - Today, the Governor and Executive Council confirmed the Hon. Daniel E. Will to the Supreme Court of New Hampshire. Judge Will currently serves on the State's Superior Court.

After the vote, Governor Kelly Ayotte released the following statement:

"Congratulations to Judge Will on his confirmation today. His commitment to upholding the Constitution and the rule of law will serve Granite Staters well. I was proud to nominate him to serve on our Supreme Court, and I know he will serve with fairness and integrity."

Prior to his service on the Superior Court, Judge Will was the State's first Solicitor General. Before entering public service, he handled business and commercial litigation matters at Devine Millimet in Manchester.
