Robert "Bob" Kelsey appointed to fill vacancy as Berwyn Township Committeeman

Cook County Republican Party Chairman Sean Morrison is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert "Bob" Kelsey as the new Berwyn Township Republican Committeeman, effective August 13. Bob will serve out the remainder of a four-year term due to expire in March 2026.

The leadership vacancy occurred as a result of the resignation of Joe Woodward on July 8. The Cook County Republican Party thanks Joe for his years of service along with his knowledge, experience, and insight he brought to the Republican Party. We wish Joe well in his future endeavors.

"Bob is a hardworking and dedicated republican having recently served as an Illinois Delegate for Donald Trump to Republican National Convention this summer in Milwaukee. He's committed to building the party in a positive and productive manner that will be inviting to all residents throughout Berwyn Township. I look forward to working with Bob in his new leadership role," stated Chairman Sean Morrison.
