AMC Networks Promotes Kathryn Brenner and Stephen Cox to Senior Vice Presidents of Publicity

Key Department Leaders to Drive PR Strategies Across the Company's Portfolio of

Premier Entertainment Brands

NEW YORK - December 15, 2025 - AMC Networks today announced the promotion of two longtime members of the company's Communications team, Kathryn Brenner and Stephen Cox, to Senior Vice President of Publicity. In their expanded roles, Brenner and Cox will help lead publicity and talent relations strategies across the company's portfolio of brands, including streaming services AMC+, Acorn TV, Shudder and Sundance Now; and cable networks AMC, BBC America, IFC and Sundance TV.

Based in New York, Brenner and Cox work alongside Joy Phillips, Senior Vice President of Publicity. They will continue to report to Olivia Dupuis, AMC Networks' Executive Vice President of Publicity, as part of the larger team led by Chief Communications Officer Georgia Juvelis.

Brenner, an accomplished communications leader with more than 25 years of experience, joined AMC Networks in 2018 as Vice President of Publicity. In her time with the company, Brenner has shepherded campaigns across the company's AMC, AMC+, Acorn TV and Shudder brands, including for popular and fan-favorite franchise series within the Walking Dead Universe and Anne Rice Immortal Universe, among others.

Prior to joining AMC Networks, Brenner held several communications leadership roles in the publishing industry at Wenner Media, Time Inc. and Condé Nast. She began her publicity career working at Miramax Films.

Cox joined AMC Networks in 2016 as Vice President of Public Relations for IFC, where he successfully led campaigns, talent relations and awards strategy for the network's critically acclaimed, Emmy®-nominated hit series Portlandia and Documentary Now!, among others. Cox later took on additional responsibility for series across the company's portfolio of brands, most recently guiding publicity for key tentpoles series such as AMC/AMC+'s Dark Windsand Anne Rice's Talamasca: The Secret Orderand Acorn TV's Art Detectives. 

Prior to joining AMC Networks, Cox held a variety of publicity roles at NBCUniversal, where he began his career in its prestigious  Page Program before working with the company's Syfy and USA Network brands.
