EID customers affected by the outage have been notified via phone and/or email based on the contact information EID has on file.
The customer notification message sent to affected customers is provided below for additional detail and reference.
We regret the inconvenience, but due to an emergency water line break, we are performing system repairs on the water delivery system affecting portions of Strawberry.
This outage may affect approximately 65 customers.
EID is performing emergency work on the water system supplying this area today Friday, February 20th. The anticipated time of completion is 10:00AM Saturday, February 21st. Please check this website for updates on the status of this repair.
During this time, you may experience low water pressure or loss of water service. Please conserve water by only using it for essential purposes.
If your water looks cloudy or dirty, do not drink it or use it for food preparation or personal hygiene purposes.
When normal pressure is restored, you might experience a slight discoloration in the water or the presence of air in the system. To correct this, allow one outside tap to run until the water is clear or the air has escaped.
