As we look to the future of Grindrod, we are delighted to welcome Raymond Ndlovu as our new independent non-executive Chairperson.

Raymond is no stranger to Grindrod. Having served on our Board for many years, he has valuable insight into our business, a deep understanding of our industry, and a strong commitment to good governance. His appointment comes at an exciting time as we continue to build a stronger, more integrated Grindrod and pursue growth opportunities.

Those who have worked with Raymond have come to value his calm, considered approach and his ability to bring balance and clarity to even the most complex discussions. He leads with integrity, listens carefully, and has a knack for asking just the right question at the right time. His thoughtful leadership style, coupled with his extensive business experience, will serve Grindrod well as we continue our growth journey.
