On April 14, 2025, CSLM Acquisition Corp. (the "Company") deposited $30,000 into the Company's trust account in order to further extend the amount of time it has available to complete a business combination to May 18, 2025. The Company can extend the time available to complete a business combination on a month-to-monthbasis, by depositing $30,000 for each one-monthextension, until July 18, 2025.
