The Company performs development work - among other things - on multi-agent frameworks, AI-driven workflow integration, and authentication and software-licensing-control systems. In this engagement, the Company's role is to augment GestureTek's on-device AI layer and to harden the licensing-control and verification systems that protect GestureTek's intellectual property. Sophisticated software-licensing-control systems are a key feature of GestureTek's IP-protection strategy.

On June 15, 2026, Winning Brands announced its intention to augment GestureTek's on-device AI layer to power GestureTek's evolution toward Gestural Intelligence™ - gesture-controlled, interactive, immersive imagery, displays, and experiences with semi-autonomous capabilities. The development relationship is designed to push boundaries. By extension, the parties expect to review Winning Brands' operational use of AI and information technology to enhance effectiveness [scope subject to mutual agreement].
