Baker McKenzie has advised Knorr-Bremse on the acquisition of the Dutch company TRAVIS Road Services International B.V. (TRAVIS), a leading online booking platform for road services for commercial vehicle operations. The purchase price amounts to a mid-double-digit million-euro sum. Closing took place last week.

TRAVIS is a fast-growing booking platform for truck-related road services in Europe. Its customers benefit from simple search, booking and invoicing of road services such as parking, cleaning, charging and repairs. The platform currently lists more than 3,500 service partners in 26 European countries who offer their road services via the TRAVIS platform.
