The City is seeking a single firm to provide concert booking, production, and ticketing services for the pavilion's summer concert series. The current agreements for these services are set to expire in 2026, and the City aims to secure a new partner to ensure the continuation of high-quality live entertainment in one of Spokane's most celebrated public spaces.

The selected firm will be responsible for all aspects of the seasonal concert series, beginning with the 2027 series, including talent booking, event production, technical support, and ticketing.

The partnership will begin with an initial five-year term, with the option to extend for up to two additional one-year periods. All proposals must be submitted as a single, consolidated submission covering booking, production, and ticketing services.

The deadline for submissions is April 6 at 1 P.M. Pacific Time. An optional pre-bid meeting and venue tour will be held March 26 at 3 P.M., and the deadline for questions is March 27 at 5 P.M. A contract award is anticipated for May 2026, with work to begin soon after.
