• High-Accuracy Control: The digital step motor ensures precise positioning with a resolution of 1,000 steps per millimeter over the AB-QM 4.0 design flow valve stroke, enhancing the control performance of AB-QM valves. This results in optimal flow regulation and improved system efficiency.
• Enhanced Durability: The improved IP54 rating provides robust protection against water ingress, making the actuator suitable for a wider range of environments and mounting orientations.
• Energy Efficiency: With reduced power consumption (1W in DC operation and 1.1VA in AC operation), the AME 110NL(X) actuators help lower overall energy costs. In combination with the AB-QM 4.0 high-accuracy hydronic balancing and control of flows in an entire system, this contributes to greener and more sustainable building operations.
• Advanced Calibration: The actuators feature electronic calibration and valve stroke detection, ensuring consistent performance and simplifying the setup process. The automatic calibration routine on every power-up enhances reliability and accuracy as well saving labor time and costs in case of a power failure.
• User-Friendly Features: The actuators have four LED lights, all of which are used as visible position indicators. Additionally, two of these LEDs can also light up in orange or red colors to indicate warnings or alarms, providing clear and immediate feedback on the operational status. The harmonized halogen-free cables, available in lengths of 1.5, 2.5 and 5 meters, simplify installation and maintenance.
• Versatile Compatibility: The AME 110NL(X) is designed to be fully compatible with existing AB-QM 4.0 (DN 15-32) as well previous generation AB-QM (DN 10-32) valves, ensuring seamless integration and backward compatibility with older valves and actuator models.
