REVISED: Lane closures scheduled for repaving work on NB/SB I-35, evening/overnight, June 19-July 26

Repaving will require nightly lane and ramp closures on NB/SB I-35 between I-670 and the state line.

JACKSON COUNTY - Crews will perform repaving work requiring double lane closures and ramp closures on NB/SB I-35 from the state line (Cambridge Cir.) to the I-670 interchange, evening and overnight, 7 p.m. until 6:30 a.m., June 19 - July 26 (approximately) (REVISED from June 17-July 26).

  • Double lane closures at various locations on NB/SB I-35 from the state line (Cambridge Cir.) to the I-670 interchange
  • Various ramp closures on NB/SB I-35 from the state line (Cambridge Cir.) to the I-670 interchange

This work is part of a larger project to repave NB/SB I-35 from the state line (Cambridge Cir.) to the I-670 interchange.

Motorists are advised to plan ahead and be vigilant of work in the area. All work is weather permitting. Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short-term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
