North Canton, Ohio - AWP Safety, North America's leading traffic control and work zone safety partner, announces leadership appointments that strengthen regional support for customers across Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah and Idaho.
Jim Ring has been named vice president of the Gulf Coast Division, which includes Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas and Oklahoma. Additionally, Tom Bauer has been appointed vice president of commercial for the Gulf Coast Division, and Marie Dialessi has been named vice president of commercial for the Mountain Division, serving customers in Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah and Idaho.

Ring brings more than 25 years of experience leading large, multi-site service organizations through growth, performance improvement and acquisitions. Most recently, he served as senior vice president of operations at Beacon Mobility, where he led the company's largest region and integrated seven acquisitions into one organization. His previous roles with National Express, First Student, Lowe's and DHL Express have prepared him to manage complex operations while supporting customers in multiple markets. He holds a bachelor's degree in business management from the University of Atlanta and an executive MBA from Indiana University.
As vice president of commercial for the Gulf Coast Division, Bauer leads regional sales strategy, forecasting and customer development across Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas and Oklahoma. He most recently served as chief operations and commercial officer at Farmer Brothers Coffee Company, building on more than 25 years of experience in sales, strategy and execution. Bauer has also held leadership positions with Emerald Brand, Primo Brands, PepsiCo and Anheuser-Busch, where he built customer relationships, developed high-performing teams and helped grow regional businesses.
Dialessi joins AWP Safety as vice president of commercial for the Mountain Division, supporting customers throughout Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah and Idaho. Her career spans more than 20 years in commercial strategy and sales, including her most recent role as CEO and chief commercial officer at Elmet Technologies, where she helped drive double-digit revenue growth. Dialessi previously held a global sales leadership role with Heraeus, leading customer-focused growth across industrial markets.
