Remembrance Sunday – Free Taxi for Veterans

On Remembrance Sunday, in churches, other places of worship, and at local war memorials across the country, many of us will gather from our local communities to give thanks and to remember. To give thanks for extraordinary acts of courage and selflessness, and to remember the sacrifices that brought us peace.

Once again, KingKabs would like to offer free taxis to any veterans travelling to their local cenotaph to pay their respects on Remembrance Sunday. This year's service will take place on Sunday, 9th November 2025.

Each year, we hope this service enables those veterans who need it most to attend their local Remembrance Service in and around Chester and Ellesmere Port. We will remember them.
