Nodenza Venture Partners, a New York-based venture capital firm focused on breakthrough life sciences technologies that treat or diagnose and have an outsized positive impact on patients announces its investment in Faction Imaging Inc.

Completed in Dec 2024, the financing allowed Faction Imaging to meet a $10million financing milestone, with Nodenza as lead VC. Faction is pioneering AI-native imaging technologies designed for future healthcare systems.

Medical imaging is foundational to clinical decision-making, yet current systems are under growing strain. Radiologists face unsustainable workloads, patients encounter delays, and legacy infrastructure is struggling to keep up with rising global demand. Faction Imaging is developing a purpose-built platform to address these deep inefficiencies at the infrastructure level, combining custom AI-native hardware, advanced materials, and next-generation computational techniques. The goal is to deliver transformative gains in efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across imaging workflows.

Faction's platform is not just designed to improve imaging quality, it aims to redefine the role of imaging in a modern, responsive healthcare system increasingly reliant on real-time diagnostics.
