The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:
PureWest Resources Inc. (F031088, P0040099):
CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 OPERATING PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by PureWest Resources Inc. for a Chapter 6, Section 2 permit to operate four (4) PSI 11.1L compressor engines (ENG001-ENG004) as mobile units within the Jonah and Pinedale Anticline Development (JPAD) area at various well pad locations as needed, in Sublette County, Wyoming.
For the duration of the public notice period, the permit application, the agency's analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F031088 and permit number P0040099 or A0017383. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Sublette County Library, Pinedale, Wyoming.
