The City of Columbia is seeking a strategic, experienced Human Resources Director to provide executive leadership over HR operations, total rewards and workforce development. Reporting to the City Manager, the HR Director serves as a key advisor on workforce strategy, labor relations, regulatory compliance and fiscal stewardship of the City's self-funded health plan.
