Kellanova named one of America’s Greatest Workplaces in Manufacturing 2025 by Newsweek Jul 25, 2025

Kellanova has been recognized as one of America's Greatest Workplaces in Manufacturing 2025 by Newsweek in partnership with Plant-A Insights Group. This award highlights companies in the U.S. manufacturing division that excel across a broad range of workplace-related metrics from American employees' perspectives.

The recognition is a result of a study that incorporates over 400,000 employee interviews, over 4.9 million company reviews across all companies evaluated and 120+ key performance indicators from Aniline, a data analytics company. These metrics measured aspects such as company culture, working conditions and employee sentiment towards their current and previous employers. This award is only eligible to companies with 1,000 or more U.S.-based employees.
