Falcon Invests in Best Friends Pet Hotels and Exits Prime Electric

Falcon Investment Advisors, LLC ("Falcon") is pleased to announce its investment in Best Friends Pet Hotels ("Best Friends"), representing the seventh deal in Fund VII, and an exit from Prime Electric Group, LLC ("Prime"), a Fund VI portfolio company. Including Prime, Falcon distributed over $280 million of proceeds across all its Funds from 2025 exits.

On January 9, 2026, Falcon provided structured capital to support Best Friends' strategic add-on acquisition, expanding the business into a new geography.

Founded in 1995 and headquartered in Norwalk, CT, Best Friends, a Mosaic Capital Partners ("Mosaic") portfolio company, operates 81 non-vet pet care centers across the United States. Best Friends is one of the few nationally scaled pet care platforms, supported by durable unit-level performance, strong brand positioning, and meaningful downside protection from the intrinsic value of the underlying portfolio of owned locations. Its positive customer reviews, high NPS scores, and exceptionally low animal Injury rate help attract a loyal, recurring customer base.

Through this investment, Falcon provided a flexible solution designed to support Mosaic and Best Friends' continued growth, expansion, and acquIsition strategy.

On December 31, 2025, WestView Capital Partners ("Westview*) sold a majority stake of Prime, a premier provider of electrical contracting services across the West Coast, to Truelink Capital. In connection with the transaction, Falcon's Fund VI fully exited its investment.

Founded in 1987 and headquartered in Seattle, WA, Prime is one of the largest independent electrical contractors in the United States. Prime serves clients across the data center, technology, commercial, healthcare, and industrial sectors, delivering a full suite of electrical and low-voltage services, from preconstruction and design-build to project execution and ongoing maintenance. Prime operates out of multiple offices in Washington, Oregon, and California, supporting complex projects for a variety of general contractors and end customers.

Westview and Falcon partnered with Prime in July 2021. During the investment period, Prime expanded its geographic footprint, diversified its project portfolio, and significantly scaled its organization, reinforcing Prime's reputation for excellence, safety, and innovation.
