Victorian Grave Symbology Presentation at Riverside Cemetery
Have you ever wondered what some of the strange symbols on the cemetery headstones meant? South Platte Historical Society President, Jackie Smith will be giving a special presentation at Riverside Cemetery on October 4th.
Ms. Smith will explain the meaning behind some of the symbols found on Victorian Era graves at our very own Riverside Cemetery. The Victorian Headstone Symbology program begins at 10 a.m.
