The Interprofessional Immersive Simulation Center will conduct a planned mass casualty simulation exercise on Wednesday, Sept. 2, and Thursday, Sept. 3, from approximately 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Activities will take place in the grassy areas surrounding the simulation center and in the wooded area near the Kobacker Center.

The exercise will involve human patient simulators, standardized patient actors and University of Toledo students and residents participating in a realistic field training scenario.

Members of the campus community may observe simulated casualties, emergency response activities and clinical personnel in these areas during the exercise.

Please note this is a planned training and research exercise. There is no emergency and no threat to campus safety.
