Launch of New Fund Offer for Specialized Investment Funds (SIF) of BANDHAN MUTUAL FUND on BSE StAR MF Platform

Members are hereby informed that BANDHAN MUTUAL FUND will be offering ARUDHA EQUITY LONG SHORT FUND (SIF) - NFO with effect from March 05, 2026, to March 18, 2026, on BSE StAR MF Platform.

Below NFO scheme details with scheme plan & options are attached in Annexure I:<_o3a_p>

Further, as per the communication received from BANDHAN MUTUAL FUND, transactions from NRI clients of United States of America under SIF schemes of Bandhan Mutual Fund shall be allowed on BSE StAR MF Platform and members should submit declaration forms duly signed by investor(s) to the RTA in original and scanned copy on the date of transaction via mail (Detailed process on submission of declaration forms has been provided via our notice number 20250130-18).<_o3a_p>

Members are also hereby informed that, transactions for which the client has not initiated the funds till 9:00 AM on T + 1 day (Including transactions executed during extended period of NFO) will be cancelled and CC with N flag will be reported to the RTA/AMC. The transactions for which the client has initiated payment will remain pending in the system till 3:00 PM on the last day of making funds pay out to the AMC for the said NFO or T + 5, whichever is earlier.<_o3a_p>

Also, Membershereby informed that AMC confirmed the tentative allotment date for above scheme will be done on March 24, 2026, hence the clear funds must be available in ICCL Account by 6:00 pm on March 24, 2026.<_o3a_p>

The Cheques & OTM payments are acceptable during NFO period subject to receipt of clear funds in ICCL account by 6:00pm on March 24, 2026, to avail of units' allotment under ARUDHA EQUITY LONG SHORT FUND -NFO.<_o3a_p>

Switches shall be accepted during the NFO period subject to receipt of funds under NFO scheme before the allotment date. If funds for switch out scheme received on or after the NFO allotment date (Refer switch out scheme payout TAT in scheme master) then same will not be considered for allotment at AMC/RTA end.<_o3a_p>

The said NFO will get extended till midnight on March 18, 2026, only for lumpsum purchase on BSE StAR MF Platform. SIP/XSIP registration authentication should be done before 3.00 pm on NFO closure date.<_o3a_p>
