ADVISORY - BERKS COUNTY - Governor Shapiro to Announce Free 2026 FIFA World Cup Fan Zones Across the Commonwealth

Governor Josh Shapiro and Philadelphia Soccer will announce three additional, free 2026 FIFA World Cup Fan Zones that will be located across the Commonwealth. Philadelphia was selected as a host city for six FIFA World Cup Matches at the Lincoln Financial Field, including a major Round of 16 match up on the 4th of July.

Since taking office, Governor Shapiro has worked to strengthen Pennsylvania's economy through his Administration's Economic Development Strategy. This year, Pennsylvania's tourism, hospitality, and sports sectors will make major contributions to the Commonwealth's economy, welcoming a landmark slate of events including the FIFA World Cup, NFL Draft, PGA Championship, and MLB All-Star Game.
