TNT Sports will showcase a pair of U.S. Men's National Team matches against major European opponents Belgium and Portugal as the USA readies for this summer's FIFA World Cup 2026.
In the first of two friendlies this month - both hosted in Atlanta - the USMNT will face Belgium in a match presented by Marriott Bonvoy on Saturday, March 28, at 3:30 p.m. ET on TNT and HBO Max. Three days later, Portugal will face the USMNT on TNT, truTV and HBO Max in a match presented by Bank of America on Tuesday, March 31, at 7 p.m.
Veteran broadcaster Luke Wileman (play-by-play) will call the action for both high profile matches alongside Kyle Martino (commentator) and Melissa Ortiz (reporter).
On-site coverage will include hour-long pregame shows presented by AT&T, halftime (Volkswagen) and postgame coverage. Studio coverage will be hosted by Liam McHugh with analysts DaMarcus Beasley, Brian Dunseth and new full-time TNT sports commentator Brad Guzan.
TNT Sports and the U.S. Soccer Federation are in the fourth year of an eight-year multimedia rights agreement which made TNT Sports the exclusive English-language home to more than 20 Women's and Men's National Team matches every year. As the full broadcasting schedule is finalized, TNT Sports and U.S. Soccer will share the updated programming information as soon as possible.
In addition, Bleacher Report, House of Highlights, B/R Football, and B/R W will provide content to fans throughout the year, elevating the profile of the players and their stories with fans.
Editor's Note:
TNT Sports will debut a one-hour documentary, When Soccer Came to America: Goals, Glamour and the Beautiful Game, exploring the rise of the North American Soccer League (NASL) in the 1970s and '80s and the global icons - Pelé, George Best, and Johan Cruyff - who helped spark America's first major soccer boom.
Through rare archive footage and new interviews with figures including Kely Nascimento, Calum Best, Rodney Marsh, Shep Messing, and Clive Toye, the film traces how the NASL mixed star power, spectacle, and ambition to reshape perceptions of the sport in the U.S., laying the groundwork for today's soccer culture.
The documentary will debut Saturday, March 28, at 1:30 p.m., on TNT before streaming on HBO Max.
