HOUSTON, May 18, 2026 - PNC Bank announced Amy Reardon has been named market leader for Commercial Banking in Houston. In this role, Reardon will lead PNC's Houston Commercial Banking team, which serves companies with annual revenues between $10 million and $100 million.
The appointment comes as Houston continues to attract people, capital and business investment across core industries including energy, advanced manufacturing, logistics and aerospace. As middle-market companies navigate growth, capital investment, technology adoption, cash flow and a complex operating environment, Reardon will oversee a Houston-based team focused on delivering relationship-based advice, credit, treasury management, risk management and specialized capabilities from across PNC.
"Amy has built her career helping Houston companies think through their next stage of growth," said Julie Young Sudduth, PNC regional president for Houston. "She brings deep credit experience, strong local relationships and a practical understanding of the opportunities and pressures facing middle-market businesses. Her leadership will help our team deliver the best of PNC's national capabilities with the local insight Houston companies expect."
Reardon joined PNC's Houston team in 2013 as a Commercial Banking relationship manager through a predecessor organization and was promoted in 2019 to Commercial group manager, overseeing the Houston North Commercial Banking team. Prior to joining PNC, she worked as a Commercial relationship manager in the Houston banking industry. A third-generation banker, Reardon began working in banking while attending college.
"Houston's business community is resilient and constantly evolving," said William Smith, PNC Commercial Banking regional executive for the Southeast & Texas. "The companies we serve are often large enough to require sophisticated financial solutions, yet many still value a banking partner who understands their local market, industry nuances, and long-term objectives. As a third-generation banker and native Texan, Amy is ideally suited for this role."
Reardon earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from Texas A&M University and a Certificate in Negotiation from Pepperdine University's Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. She is active in local business and civic organizations, including service as the 2025 PNC Houston United Way Campaign Chair, a Smith-Hutson Endowed Chair of Banking Advisory Board member at Sam Houston State University, and an executive committee member and treasurer for Interfaith of The Woodlands. She has also supported PNC's employee business resource groups, including PNC Women Connect, and has served as a 12-time mentor through PNC's mentoring program.
