Tisza exposed, a landslide victory for Fidesz

Prime Minister-President of Fidesz Viktor Orbán thinks it is natural that the Tisza Party has been exposed in connection with the number of recommendations. On Saturday, Mr Orbán said the opposition party is lying all the time, we will have to live together with this until the elections; "they talk big, while we will win big in the end."

In a video posted on Facebook which he shared with the caption 'Tisza exposed, a landslide victory for Fidesz. 1:0 to us,' it was suggested to Mr Orbán that "the president of the Tisza Party has found himself mixed up in some kind of a tsunami of lies."

Confirming this, the Prime Minister said he is not observing the proceedings of the day from that angle. He said this is a fantastic day, the first real election challenge as political parties were allowed to start collecting signatures on Saturday. The party president congratulated fellow party members and the activists of the party as in his view, they did a fantastic job by having collected some 190,000 signatures in just a few hours.

"This is a very tough job, so I'm sending my best regards to every Fidesz member and supporter," he said.

In continuation, Mr Orbán said "that Tisza is exposed is natural because they're lying all the time, this is a digital bluff which will burst sooner or later, and the real numbers emerge, this is what happened also now." He added that he was not surprised, and we would have to live together with this until the elections.

"They talk big, while we will win big in the end," he said.
