Ozan Bayülgen Joins Korn Ferry as Managing Director for Türkiye, Central Asia & the Caucasus

Istanbul, October 15th, 2025 - Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) today announced that Ozan Bayülgen has joined the firm as Managing Director for Türkiye, Central Asia and the Caucasus. He will be based in the Istanbul office.

Bayülgen brings more than two decades of strategy consulting and executive leadership experience across Türkiye, Europe, and the Middle East. He has a breadth of expertise in digital transformation and organizational strategy, primarily in retail, financial technology, and public sectors.
