Leading global law firm, Baker McKenzie, has hired Helen Johnson as a partner in its M&A team in London, further strengthening the Firm's global transactional expertise and capabilities.
Helen joins Baker McKenzie from CMS, where she heads up the firm's Retail Practice and has strong and broad transactional expertise, advising both corporates and financial sponsors. In addition to the Retail sector, Helen is active in financial services, insurance and technology, and has good experience working with Japanese clients looking for outward investments and acquisitions in the UK and Europe.

Helen joins the Firm later in the year and will be based in its London office.
