Countrywide Sanitation would like to remind residents what are acceptable items to include in the recycling bins.

Notification of Acceptable Items in Recycle Bin
Countrywide Sanitation would like to remind residents what are acceptable items to include in the recycling bins.
The list of acceptable items includes the following:
- Plastics: Materials 1-7 but this does not include plastic bags.
- Metals: Steel or aluminum cans that are empty.
- Cartons: Juice & Soup boxes or milk cartons that are clean
- Paper: Newspapers, Flyers, Mail, Magazines
- Cardboard: Boxes, Egg Cartons, Paper Tubes
Items that are Not Accepted in the Recycle Bin:
- No Plastic bags, cellophane, plastic utensils, dairy containers, toys, laundry baskets
- No Styrofoam of any kind
- No Aluminum Foil Products
- No Glass
- No Wax Cardboard
- No Garbage or Food Waste
- No Miscellaneous items such as cookware, scrap metal, batteries, electronics, auto parts, paint cans, aerosol cans, clothing or shoes, or syringes or needles.
