An exciting and very special moment for the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh takes place Friday with the inauguration of Dr. Manohar Singh as the university's 12th chancellor.
The inauguration ceremony at 11 a.m. April 24 at Kolf Sports Center, formally celebrates Chancellor's leadership and the continued commitment to student success, academic excellence and regional impact.
