Geomagnetic Storm of 16 April Continues
CME passage continues today, 16 April, with a peak of G4 (Severe) levels reached. CME strength is slowly weakening and while G4 levels are unlikely to be reached again, there remains a slight chance for another G4 level. Current forecast anticipates G1 (Minor) being the most likely result into 17 April, with a chance for G2-G3 (Moderate-Strong) levels overnight.
