USTelecom Welcomes Two New Members to Its Board of Directors

Washington, D.C. (April 2, 2026) - USTelecom - The Broadband Association, the leading association of connectivity providers and innovators, announced the addition of two new members to its Board of Directors: John Harrobin of Uniti Group and Pamela Sherwood of Brightspeed.

Harrobin serves as President of Kinetic at Uniti Group Inc., based in Little Rock, Arkansas, one of the largest independent fiber-to-the-home platforms in the country. Sherwood serves as Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, Regulatory Law & Government Programs at Brightspeed, a leading new broadband provider based in Charlotte, North Carolina, active in 20 states.
