Washington, D.C., Sept. 25, 2025 - FTI Consulting, Inc. (NYSE: FCN) today announced the expansion of its SEC & Accounting Advisory offering with the appointment of two former SEC enforcement staff members to its Risk & Investigations practice.
Martin Wilczynski joins the firm as a Senior Advisor and Stephen Bucci joins as a Managing Director within the Forensic and Litigation Consulting segment. In addition, Senior Managing Director Mark Grover will lead the SEC & Accounting Advisory team in New York. These senior professionals bring decades of experience to the offering, supporting clients with technical accounting, regulatory matters and financial reporting issues.

Mr. Wilczynski, who is based in Washington, D.C., brings more than four decades of experience in accounting investigations, complex litigation support and corporate internal reviews. In his role at FTI Consulting, he will help clients with forensic accounting, financial reporting and regulatory enforcement matters.
Previously in his career, Mr. Wilczynski served on the accounting staff at the SEC's Division of Enforcement, where he conducted investigations into securities law violations involving financial fraud and disclosure issues. He rejoins FTI Consulting from Ankura, where he formerly led the Enforcement & Forensic Accounting practice. Prior to that, he was a member of FTI Consulting's U.S. Forensic Accounting practice.
Mr. Bucci, who is based in Los Angeles, joins the firm with more than 25 years of experience in forensic accounting and auditing. He will provide expert consulting services in forensic accounting, fraud investigations and litigation matters, including supporting clients facing inquiries by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the U.S. Department of Justice. Prior to joining FTI Consulting, he was a Senior Enforcement Accountant at the SEC, where he investigated allegations of securities fraud and other complex financial issues. Previously, he held senior roles at two global consulting firms where he investigated and consulted on high stakes matters focused on GAAP and other financial issues.
Mr. Grover, who joined FTI Consulting in 2009, has deep expertise in complex SEC reporting and technical accounting advisory matters, typically involving events such as mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings, accounting restatements, accounting investigations and first-time-through audits. His work spans several industries, including high tech, manufacturing, life sciences and pharmaceuticals.
