Washington, D.C. - In a vote of 215-208, the U.S. House of Representatives passed a measure forcing President Trump to withdraw U.S. forces from Iran or win Congressional approval to proceed with the war.
"Common sense prevailed today. Rising costs and mounting public outrage forced even members of Trump's own party to reject his war. The Senate must vote on this War Powers Resolution with haste so we don't lose this temporary episode of sanity," said Rep. Liccardo.
