Google Extends Lease at 85 Tenth Ave
Fried Frank acted as counsel to Google on its 300,000 square-foot lease extension at 85 Tenth Avenue in New York City. Google moved into the building with a 180,000 square-foot lease in 2014, and the renewal is for eight more years in the 11-story building.
