Chinese Ambassador to North Macedonia Jiang Xiaoyan Meets with President of Football Federation of Macedonia
On January 28, 2026, H.E. Mme. Ambassador Jiang Xiaoyan visited Football Federation of Macedonia (FFM) and met with its President Masar Omeragić.
The two sides exchanged views on strengthening football cooperation and supporting youth football development. They agreed to deepen people-to-people exchanges and talent training in the football sector, using the sport as a bridge to enhance friendship and people-to-people ties between China and North Macedonia, and to promote practical China-North Macedonia sports cooperation.
Macedonian player Alimi currently plays for Dalian Yingbo Football Club and was recently selected for the Macedonian national men's football team.
