CHICAGO, March 18, 2026 - Legal practitioners, government enforcers, economists, academics and policymakers focused on antitrust, consumer protection and data privacy will convene for the American Bar Association 74th Antitrust Law Spring Meeting March 25-27 in Washington, D.C.
The Spring Meeting, sponsored by the ABA Antitrust Law Section, brings together leading voices from around the world to examine the most pressing issues in competition law and policy. The program will feature more than 70 educational sessions, along with events for young professionals, career conversations, diverse dialogues and fireside chats with global experts, offering participants both domestic and international perspectives on the evolving antitrust landscape.
In the "Views from the Bench" concurrent session on March 25, judges from across the country will discuss competition litigation in federal court. Drawing on their experience handling complex antitrust matters, the panelists will offer practical insights into the issues most frequently shaping modern antitrust practice. The panelists are Edward M. Chen, U.S. district judge, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California; Douglas H. Ginsburg, senior U.S. circuit judge, U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia; and Yvonne Gonzalez Rogers, U.S. district judge, U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California. Megan E. Jones, Hausfeld LLP, is the moderator.
