West Palm Beach, FLORIDA - Blue Sea Capital ("Blue Sea") today announced the closing of its acquisition of Dynamic Access (the "Company"). Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, Dynamic Access is the nation's leading outsourced provider of vascular access services to hospitals and post-acute facilities across 25 states, performing more than 200,000 procedures annually. The Company deploys specialized clinical teams to place and manage PICC lines, midlines, and peripheral IVs on-site, complementing its services with clinical education and supply management support that help facilities reduce complications and improve patient outcomes.

Bourne Partners acted as buyside financial advisor and McDermott Will & Schulte served as legal advisor to Blue Sea on the transaction. Cain Brothers, a division of Keybanc Capital Markets, acted as sell-side financial advisor and McGuireWoods served as legal advisor to the Company on the transaction. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
