Molina Healthcare of Texas Hosts Stress Management Event for Families in Carrollton

CARROLLTON, Tex., April 17, 2025 - Molina Healthcare of Texas Moms Club, together with Ascend Dallas, hosted a stress awareness and prevention event for residents of Fountains of Rosemeade Apartments in Carrollton.
This free educational event aimed to empower participants in managing their stress and maintaining their overall health and well-being. Information and resources on how to reduce stress and maintain a healthy lifestyle were provided, as well as hints on how to relax. This was the second class in a series of four that Ascend Dallas has presented.
Refreshments and door prizes were also provided.
