Issue

Issue: On certain motorcycles, the recall repairs completed by a Harley-Davidson dealer during recall 0190 (Transport Canada recall no. 2025-486) may not have been done correctly. As a result, a second inspection and/or repair is required. On certain motorcycles, the upper triple clamp could fracture. If this happens, there could be a loss of control. Safety Risk: A loss of control could increase the risk of a crash. Corrective Actions: Harley-Davidson will notify owners by mail and advise you to take your motorcycle to a dealership to inspect and, if necessary, replace the upper triple clamp.
