"Being consistently recognized among the top 10 online MBA providers in the nation demonstrates the high level of commitment our faculty puts toward creating educational access and value for students, families and communities," said Debbie Compeau, Carson College dean. "Affordability, relevant course work and peer-to-peer engagement are just some of our strong program attributes that support students around the world."
CEO Magazine has been showcasing top business schools from around the globe since it first launched in 2008. In 2012, the publication launched its annual Global MBA Rankings, profiling MBA, executive MBA, and online MBA programs.
"The Caron College MBA programs are intended to be universal," said Cheryl Oliver, Carson College associate dean for professional programs. "Our students are immediately able to take control of their future and apply the skills they are learning to create value for themselves, their organizations and therefore, the global economy."
This year, CEO Magazine ranked more than 150 schools offering 340 different programs in 24 countries, including programs from Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe, New Zealand, North America, and South America. Rankings were based on several criteria including faculty quality, diversity, accreditation, cohort composition, exposure, and value measures.
"Nearly 700 veterans, active-duty military and spouses have earned their MBA in the Carson College of Business through WSU Global Campus, reinforcing what makes the experience distinctive: community, shared experience and practical insight for industry leaders," said Matt Beer, Carson College director of master's programs.
