It’s almost here: free Fourth of July Fireworks & Drone Show at Franklin E. Miles Park

Dear Neighbor,

The City of Santa Fe and the Kiwanis Club of Santa Fe invite you and your family to a free Fourth of July Fireworks & Drone Celebration on Saturday, July 4, 2026, at Franklin E. Miles Park. This year's event honors America's 250th birthday and has been named the official Capital City NM Spirit celebration. Expect live music, food trucks, a 400-drone Sky Elements show, and a professional fireworks finale. Gates and free shuttles open at 4:00 PM, and admission is free.

Getting there - park smart, ride free. Free continuous shuttles begin at 4:00 PM from Santa Fe High School and Milagro Middle School, dropping off and picking up at Nava Elementary right next to the park. The State of New Mexico lots just north of the park offer park-and-walk access - they're close enough that no shuttle is needed. Please plan to use these designated lots and free shuttles.

A serious heads-up about towing. We take street safety very seriously, and four tow trucks will be on site on July 4. Any vehicle that blocks a roadway or emergency-vehicle access will be towed. If your car is towed on Saturday, July 4, you'll pay the tow fee plus storage - and because the impound yard is closed Sunday, July 5, you won't be able to get your vehicle back until Monday, July 6. Don't let that be your holiday weekend.

More on neighborhood passes and the full schedule is coming this week. Learn more anytime at burnzozobra.com/4th/.
